About Us

FEE was established in December 2018 by the Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation (FCEF) in partnership with the Market Development Facility (MDF) to address the challenges faced by MSMEs in Fiji. They aimed at creating a sustainable, private-sector led acceleration service for FCEF members, focusing on local customised business solutions.

How the Program Works

Fiji Enterprise Engine (FEE) is designed to empower Fijian MSMEs with comprehensive business solutions, through a structured and supportive accelerator program.

1. 40 Hours One on One Mentoring & Coaching

Participants receive 40 hours of personalized coaching from five different experts. The coaching sessions cover crucial areas such as: Strategic Management, Human Resources, Financial Management,
Marketing & Branding, Business Technology.

2.6 Month Training Program

Over a period of six months, participants undergo intensive training that covers various aspects of business management, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle real-world challenges

3. Business Pitch

At the end of the program, participants will present their business pitches to a panel of experts and potential investors. This highlights their growth and strategic insights gained, offering valuable feedback and potential investment opportunities.

4. Relaunch

Rebrand or relaunch your company using everything you've learnt in the 6 months of training to take it to the next level. Join forces with other companies operating in your industry to build a more resilient company strategy.

5. Networking Opportunities

The program also provides ample networking opportunities. Participants can attend conferences, events, workshops, and more, allowing them to connect with industry leaders and fellow entrepreneurs.

Our Cohorts

Since its inception in 2018, Fiji Enterprise Engine (FEE) has successfully graduated multiple cohorts of MSMEs, each bringing unique perspectives and entrepreneurial spirit. To date, FEE has facilitated five cohorts, with the most recent one in 2023 graduating 14 businesses. Each cohort comprises a diverse group of entrepreneurs who undergo six months of intensive training and personalized coaching, fostering lasting bonds and a robust business network that extends beyond the program’s duration.
